Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within twenty eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@terejayprints.co.uk to obtain a Return Authorization. After receiving a Return Authorizations, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
